Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or you have found a fault with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange through our online returns portal. All US returns are sent to our US warehouse in Texas, and return labels are available to purchase during the returns process.
US returns overview
- Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but you are able to purchase a prepaid return label via our returns portal.
- All US returns are shipped back to our US warehouse in Texas for faster processing.
Refunds for US customers
If you receive your order and decide that your item does not suit you, is not what you expected, or you have simply changed your mind, you may request a refund on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are only available on full‑price items; sale or discounted items are not eligible for change‑of‑mind refunds.
Products marked as Last Chance are final sale; no returns are accepted on these items, and exchanges are only possible for an alternative size in the same style if available, with replacement item shipping at the customer’s expense. Refunds will only be issued on sale or discounted items where the product is deemed faulty, has a manufacturing defect, or arrives broken or damaged.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Items with perfume or deodorant smells, make‑up marks, or any stains will not be accepted.
Once your return is received at our US warehouse and inspected, refunds are typically processed within two to seven business days.
Exchanges and store credit (US)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or opt for Studio Lexi store credit, within 14 days of receiving your order. Store credit is valid for 3 years, giving you plenty of time to find something you love.
Please note:
- Your item can only be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
- Requested exchange items are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- If your requested exchange is unavailable, or the new item is lower in value, a Studio Lexi credit will be issued for the balance.
Shipping of exchanged items is at the customer’s expense and must be paid before dispatch from our warehouse.
Return shipping and labels (US)
Return shipping for US customers remains the responsibility of the customer. During the online returns process, you will have the option to purchase a prepaid return shipping label to send your parcel back to our Texas warehouse using a tracked service.
If you prefer to arrange your own shipping:
- Return shipping must be prepaid and sent via a registered or traceable service.
- Studio Lexi (Lexi Australia Pty Ltd) is not responsible for missing incoming deliveries and return shipping charges are non‑refundable.
All US returns and exchanges are processed within two to seven business days of your parcel being received at our Texas location.
Faulty or damaged items (US)
All products are carefully checked during manufacture and again before dispatch, but faults can occasionally occur. If your order arrives broken, damaged, or appears to have a manufacturing fault, please submit a return request through the portal and select the “damaged or faulty item” option.
If your item is deemed faulty after inspection at our Texas warehouse, you may choose either:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- An exchange for another item of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).
